If you haven’t ordered a splashback before, it’s completely understandable not to know where to start or what to ask for. We’re happy to talk you through your options, explain how it all works and help you find the right fit for your space. If you already know exactly what you want, it’s just a matter of a quick chat to confirm the details and we’ll get a quote to you fast. The first step is sharing your ideas and preferences. You might have a photo saved on your phone, a colour or style you love or just a general feeling you want the space to have. Whether you’re thinking about printed glass, a stone finish or something classic and clean, Andrew will walk you through the options and help you narrow it down.

Andrew looks after quoting, drafting and design advice. He has a great eye for colour and layout and he’s especially good at helping customers work out what will suit their space. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by choices or not sure which finish will work best, he’s the guy to guide you through it.

Whether you’ve chosen glass or stone, your product is made with care and precision. John oversees the entire manufacturing process, from waterjet cutting to assembly and dispatch. When it comes to cutting glass and stone, our team needs to be meticulous to ensure everything fits exactly as it should and can be installed safely. These materials are strong, but they are not forgiving if something is even slightly off. That is why the team puts so much focus on accuracy during manufacturing. Every measurement is double checked, every cut is clean and every panel is handled with care.

All of our glass is toughened and shatter resistant and meets Australian safety standards. If you’ve selected a double glazed panel, it will be made using two panes of A grade safety glass and sealed with Super Spacer for thermal and acoustic performance. Stone is cut with smooth edges and prepped to fit your space exactly.

What Do I Need to Do On Install Day?

Once your splashback is ready, Lena will be in touch to schedule the installation. She’ll help book a day and time that works and make sure you know what to expect.

Every job is a little different. Some installs are part of a new build. Others might involve removing an existing splashback first. We’ll talk this through with you during the planning stage so everything is clear ahead of time.

Before the team arrives, we’ll let you know if anything needs to be done to prepare. Usually that means clearing benchtops and making sure the area is accessible. If you’re painting the wall or have new cabinetry, it’s best to do that before installation so we can fit the glass or stone neatly against the finished surface.

On the day, our install team will arrive with everything they need. They’ll prepare the area, fit the splashback with care and clean up before they leave. Everything is double checked and completed with attention to detail.
